Life is ever changing with many peaks and valleys. Nichols Panorama Counseling is here to help you view your life situations at all angles in order to process and progress. 

Individual Therapy Services can be held either in person or virtual. Some areas of focus include, but are not limited to, adjusting to changes in life, anxiety, depression, and hoarding. 

Couples and Family Therapy sessions are also available when appropriate. 

Currently accepting self-pay clients, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Behavioral Health Systems, and United/Optum Behavioral. 

Mary Ann Nichols works with adolescents and adults beginning at age 10. Ages 9 and younger can be seen on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
